Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations (Primary Focus)
• Manage the full spectrum of HR operations and administration
• Support recruitment activities, including sourcing, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding
• Handle attendance management, leave administration, employee records, and HR documentation
• Support employee relations and disciplinary matters while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment regulations
• Review and improve HR policies, procedures, and internal processes
• Work closely with store managers and management to resolve day-to-day HR matters
• Support manpower planning and workforce management

2. Recruitment & Onboarding
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities
• Manage onboarding and orientation for new employees

3. Employee Relations & Store Support
• Build strong relationships with employees and management
• Support employee engagement initiatives
• Provide practical HR advice to store managers

4. Training & Organizational Development
(Future Development Opportunity)
• Support the development of training materials and SOPs
• Work with management to identify training needs
• Assist in improving onboarding and staff development programs
• Contribute ideas for future learning and development initiatives
• Help establish career development pathways as the business expands
