Senior Human Resources Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and people-oriented Senior Human Resources Executive to join our team!

As a Senior Human Resources Executive, we rely on you to:

• Handle full spectrum of HR operations, talent requisition, employee engagement, payroll and HR compliance.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned departments.
• Provide advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
• Support payroll administration by ensuring accurate and timely submission of payroll documentation/records.
• Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, Tripartite Guidelines, MOM regulations, and company policies.
• Support HR audits and maintain proper documentation.
• Assist with work pass applications, renewals, and government reporting where applicable.
• Organise employee engagement activities, recognition programmes, and wellness initiatives.

We are looking for someone who:

• Min. 4-6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in hospitality or service industry.
• Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and HR best practices.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll and HR operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.
