Senior Manager / Manager for Industrial and Workplace Relations (IWR)

Job Description:

• Handle phone/video calls, emails and meeting with SNEF Members and/or Tripartite Partners professionally
• Advise SNEF Members on issues of immediate level of difficulty
• Collect and synthesize requisite data for analysis of human resource, industrial relations and business issues for management reporting
• Plan, organise and execute the division’s events, including pre and post event activities
• Integrate new technology and/or new compliance requirements to optimise and safeguard the IWR Team’s operations and service delivery

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of Singapore Employment laws, tripartite guidelines and compliant practices
• All the critical core skills under Skills Future Singapore Framework

(b) Interacting with others - with emphasis on communication and collaboration

(c) Staying relevant - with emphasis on digital fluency and self-management

• Minimum 5 years of recent and relevant work experience
