Senior Procurement Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, quotation evaluation, negotiation, and supplier selection
• Monitor inventory levels and plan timely stock replenishment to ensure continuous supply
• Maintain accurate and timely procurement records
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Procurement experience preferred
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Compulsory to be fluent in spoken, written, and reading Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking suppliers
• Able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and lead procurement initiatives
• Positive working attitude and willingness to learn
