What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across your specialisation — from client engagement to candidate placement
• Build and deepen client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted talent partner
• Develop and grow your own candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and market mapping
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team performance
• Deliver tangible results — consistently and with the quality our clients expect

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
• A track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets
• Strong relationship-building skills — with clients and candidates alike
• Someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and doesn't wait to be told
• Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
