Our client is a reputable global player in the ferroalloys and manganese industry, seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support its commercial team. This role offers exposure to international trade, commodity markets, shipping, and customer relationship management while working closely with regional and global stakeholders.

Prepare and issue sales offers, contracts, and commercial correspondence.
Maintain accurate customer records, contract documentation, and commercial databases.
Support the Sales Manager and commercial team with sales administration and reporting activities.
Assist in preparing customer presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
Maintain sales trackers, shipment schedules, and customer information records.
Coordinate the preparation and execution of sales contracts.
Monitor contract milestones, shipment schedules, pricing periods, and payment due dates.
Track contract performance and support contract reconciliation activities.
Maintain contract registers and ensure proper documentation management.
Act as a key liaison between Sales, Logistics, Finance, Operations, customers, and external service providers.
Respond to customer enquiries and provide administrative support to ensure excellent service levels.
Coordinate customer onboarding documentation and credit administration requirements.
Arrange customer meetings, visits, and commercial events when required.
Maintain accurate sales, shipment, stock, and revenue records.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales and performance reports.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and sales analysis activities.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across commercial systems and reports.
Maintain and update information within ERP and CRM systems.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry.
Support process improvements, system implementation, and reporting enhancements.
Experience in commodities trading, mining, metals, ferroalloys, manganese, shipping, logistics, or international trade.
Exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle Netsuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
Experience supporting regional or international commercial teams.
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy coordinating across multiple functions to ensure smooth commercial operations.
