Job Summary

The global senior strategic change leader drives successful adoption of strategic initiatives by applying expert change management, project management, and process improvement skills. This individual influences executives and teams to transform vision into measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with executives to develop and implement change management strategies that increase business success during organizational change
  • Facilitate multi-level cross-functional teams using expert process knowledge to ensure strategic project execution
  • Drive organizational change adoption to accelerate proficiency, maximize benefits, and achieve ROI
  • Manage the change portfolio and monitor organizational change saturation levels
  • Support organizational design changes and clarify roles and responsibilities
  • Design, develop, deliver, and manage communications related to change initiatives
  • Quantify engagement impacts and report results to executive sponsors
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
  • Document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
  • Lead change management activities using structured methodologies to support initiative adoption
  • Create actionable deliverables including communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching, training, and resistance management plans
  • Complete change management assessments and identify risk mitigation tactics
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change
  • Engage and support senior executives and leaders as change sponsors
  • Coach project teams and impacted management on change adoption
  • Establish feedback loops to evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Integrate change management activities into project plans and coordinate with project, IT teams, and specialists
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to develop change leadership skills across the organization
  • Facilitate role- and project-based change management training sessions
  • Track lessons learned and facilitate continuous improvement through surveys and sessions

Required competencies and certifications

  • Change management certification or designation
  • Certification in at least two of the following: Lean, Change Management, Project Management, or Six Sigma Green Belt

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and progressive job experience

  • Ability to travel
