Job Description
Report to Executive Administrator, responsible for administrative support of automotive related services in an accurate and efficient manner to achieve the departmental sales turnover and profitability objectives.
Job Scope
• Process RO/ PO and Invoicing for service dealers’ support
• Fleet/ Contractual customers service scheduling and booking
• Debtors Reminder Letters with follow-up calls
• Workshop inventory (Lubricants/ Dieseline) update/ reconciliation/ billing
• General administration filing
• Stand-in service reception support
• Perform any other duties as instructed by superior
Qualification Requirements
• Minimum qualification: N-Level/ NITEC in any field
• Minimum 1 Year Administrative experience
Skill Requirements
• Basic Communication skills in English verbally and in writing; other languages will be an added advantage
• Basic PC literate
• Willing to work in Tuas area

• Transportation provided at designated picks up points
