Job Summary

Join Team Auto as a Service Advisor to manage customer appointments, provide quotations, prepare invoices, and deliver excellent after-sales support in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all customer appointment bookings for vehicle service and repair to ensure smooth scheduling
• Serve as the first point of contact for scheduled and walk-in customers, providing clear and helpful communication
• Deliver excellent after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Prepare accurate quotations for service and repair work based on customer needs and vehicle requirements
• Generate invoices and ensure timely collection and daily reporting of payments to the Accounts department
• Perform additional related administrative and customer service tasks as assigned
• Use MS Office proficiently to document and track service-related information
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when handling numbers and customer records
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Required competencies and certifications

• GCE "N"/"O" level or ITE certification, or relevant experience and positive attitude as alternative

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage to support communication with a diverse customer base

Benefits and Working Conditions

• Salary up to $3,500 depending on qualifications and experience
• Work schedule: 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday)
