Our Client, a local manufacturer for turnstile, auto-gates & barriers here in Singapore, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Service Coordinator.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process and manage sales documentation, including Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and Invoices.
Provide administrative support for service and maintenance scheduling and coordination.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries, including online and e-commerce platforms.
Prepare and follow up on quotations for service maintenance, spare parts, and ad-hoc servicing requests.
Handle export and import documentation, ensuring all paperwork meets freight and delivery requirements.
Manage internal and external correspondence, including emails, letters, and other enquiries.
Perform general administrative duties and assist with tasks assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Sales Admin / Service Coordinator role.
Experience in shipping, export, or import documentation will be an added advantage..
Immediate availability will be preferred.
OTHER INFORMATION:
Location: Senoko (North)
Working Days/Hours: 5 days/Office hours, 8am – 5.30pm
Salary: $2,500 - $3,300 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
