Service coordinator (Kitchen Equipment)

• Position : Service coordinator (Kitchen Equipment)
• Location : West – Kian Teck Way (Accessible via Buses from Boon Lay/Joo Koon)
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus + 14-18 days annual leaves + Medical Insurance + Medical Reimbursement $300
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Commercial Kitchen Equipment

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle ordering of spare parts and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and issue invoices to customers accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with the service team to schedule and track service jobs.
• Maintain proper documentation of service records, parts inventory, and customer transactions.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Department, including filing and reporting.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service updates, quotations, and billing.
• Assist in monitoring stock levels and initiate replenishment when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma or equivalent qualification
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or administrative support
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
