Service Governance Analyst

Location: Yio Chu Kang / ICA Building

Employment Type: 1-year contract (Renewable)

Eligibility: Singaporean or PR

Salary: Open budget

The scope of services includes, but is not limited to:

• Service governance and planning (MSP, PMP, QA, communication, and exit plans)
• Quality assurance and compliance activities (including IM8 self-assessment)
• Asset and configuration management, including inventory control and verification
• Patch and vulnerability management
• Monthly reporting, service reviews, and SLA management
• Project Clearance
• Project Coordination
• Access and account management reviews
• Annual audits, risk management, and operations readiness assessments

The services are required across multiple frequencies (daily, monthly, and annual), with defined deliverables such as monthly service reports, asset verification, and performance tracking.
