Shipping Assistant

• Location: Pandan Road
• Industry: Manufacturing - internal shipping department
• Mode: Full time , perm
• Working days: Mon - Friday 9am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping and delivery schedules for frozen food products
• Prepare and process shipping documents (DO, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
• Liaise with logistics providers, drivers, and warehouse team to ensure timely deliveries
• Monitor shipment status and resolve delivery issues when required
• Ensure proper handling and compliance with cold chain requirements
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory movements
• Support inventory coordination and stock dispatch planning
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
