Shipping Executive (1-Year Contract)

📍 Location: 3 bus stops from Bartley MRT
💰 Salary: Up to $3,500/month
🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
🏢 Work Environment: Air-conditioned office

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth shipment processing and order fulfilment.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, tag lists, inspection/collection forms, and shipping instructions.
• Liaise with freight forwarders to arrange freight bookings, Certificates of Origin (CO), CCP, and other export documentation.
• Apply for and process CITES permits and re-export documentation.
• Coordinate cargo collection schedules and flight bookings based on customer requirements.
• Provide shipment updates and pre-alerts to customers.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and update shipment tracking spreadsheets.
• Release re-export CITES documents, tags, and pick lists to the Packing Department.
• Handle ad-hoc dispatches and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
