Job Description - Shop Supervisor

Supervising spa staff: Manage schedules, handle guest concerns, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Training and mentoring: Provide training and mentorship to staff, fostering a positive work environment.
Maintaining cleanliness: Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of spa facilities, equipment, and the overall environment.
Customer service: Handle guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
Budgeting and reporting: Assist in budgeting, reporting, and achieving sales targets.
Operational procedures: Implement operational procedures to enhance overall guest satisfaction and service excellence.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a passion for wellness, and experience in spa or hospitality management. They should also be able to handle stressful situations with professionalism and resolve conflicts efficiently.
