SITE SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

Job Description

• Complete site check log each day.
• Collate Scaffold Acceptance Order on daily basis.
• Tabulate workers salary based on Scaffold Acceptance Order.
• Prepare the daily attendance records of staffs and workers for submission to HRD.
• Update workers movement (medical leave, annual leave, home leave, on course, etc.).
• Coordinate and assist in the day-to-day general administration.
• Inspect work site and work in progress to ensure completed work meets work order specifications and to ensure work practices safeguard workers on site.
• Inspects completed construction work for defects, decay, or conformance to specifications or safety regulations.
• In charge of all paper works preparations and issuance to relevant internal and external parties, such as material requisition form, purchase order etc.
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
• Liaise/communicate with workers at site on their daily site activities.
• Coordinate site meetings.
• Other ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Construction, Marine, Process and Engineering Sector
• Experienced in Scaffold related works
• Self-motivated, able to multitask
• Detailed orientated
• Good knowledge of local industry
• Willing to travel / work in Jurong / Jurong Island / Bukom Island and willing for regular swab test
