Social Media Marketing (F&B)

We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Marketing & Content Creator to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across our restaurants, catering, weddings, and events business. The role combines content creation, social media management, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Create engaging photo, video, reels, and graphic content for social media platforms.
• Capture food, lifestyle, event, wedding, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Write compelling captions, promotional copy, and marketing messages.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar.

Social Media Management

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Respond to enquiries, comments, and messages promptly.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend creative content ideas.
• Grow online communities and improve engagement.

Digital Marketing

• Support digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Assist with influencer collaborations and marketing activations.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports.

Brand & Event Marketing

• Support marketing activities for weddings, catering services, corporate events, and restaurant promotions.
• Coordinate photoshoots, content production, and promotional events.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome.
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Strong photography, videography, and editing skills.
• Excellent communication and copywriting abilities.
