Job Description - SOCIAL SECRETARY

Job Summary

You will support the Head of Mission at the High Commission by performing secretarial, administrative, and research tasks to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the information database to ensure accurate and accessible records for the Head of Mission
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for official visits to facilitate seamless event execution
  • Draft routine correspondence to support communication needs of the Head of Mission
  • Conduct research to provide relevant information that aids decision-making and mission objectives

Required competencies and certifications

  • Completed a minimum of 12 years of schooling
  • Obtained at least 1 year of secretarial diploma or certificate
  • Accumulated a minimum of 3 years of experience as a secretary, personal assistant, or administration clerk
  • Demonstrated fluency in English to perform communication tasks effectively

Other Information

  • SALARY RANGE: SGD 26,835–SGD 33,542 per annum
