Responsibilities:
• Analyse markettrends, legislative changes and industry demands aligned with the hiring needs and requirements of SIM Learners and Alumni.
• Research and identify emerging industries and sectors for internship and job opportunities.
• Engage and build a strong network of partner organisations to promote SIM’s interests, e.g. muster on campus-speakers,create internship and job opportunities in Singapore and overseas and talent development programmes
• Assist in branding and marketing efforts to encourage learners’ participation in internship and career development programmes.
• Administer internship/industry attachment and job placements.
• Assist in both annual internal and external audit exercises.
• Render administration support for departmental and divisional operations.
• Provide data analytics on most supportive partners androles which are in demand.
Requirements:
• Degree holder with at least one year of professional experience.
• Experience in one or more of the following: customer service, talent development, marketing, corporate social responsibility and business development.
• Experience in an Institute of Higher Learning (IHL) setting would be an added advantage.
• Results oriented, self-driven and meticulous.
• Independent worker yet also a strong team player.
• Effective professional communicator across all levels of stakeholders, including senior management
