A growing investment firm is looking for a polished, organised and proactive professional to support senior leadership across operations, investor engagement, presentations and corporate events.

This is a broad role for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and is comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

Key responsibilities

Prepare presentations, reports and briefing materials.

Coordinate meetings, events, timelines and follow-ups.

Support investor meetings and corporate engagements.

Liaise with clients, investors, partners and service providers.

Assist with daily operations and senior management support.

Handle confidential matters professionally.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, Economics, Communications or related disciplines.

0–3 years of experience in finance, consulting, private banking, events, executive support or business operations.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Polished, confident and professional.

Organised, proactive and detail-oriented.

Good PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills.
