Strategic Planning Executive, $4,200 (Alexandra)

Location: Alexandra Road, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
Salary: Up to $4,200 per month (commensurate with qualifications and experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Strategic Planning Executive to join our team. This role supports business planning, pricing analysis, budgeting activities, and customer quotation processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent coordination abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and prepare pricing estimates and quotations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather data required for quotation preparation.
• Review and analyze pricing structures to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Assist in budgeting and financial analysis activities.
• Support the preparation and analysis of customer and supplier forecasts, demand planning, and related reports.
• Assist with monthly reporting and business performance analysis.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth coordination of business activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in strategic planning, supply chain, logistics, customer service, or a similar coordination role.
• Experience handling shipment arrangements and coordinating with customers, suppliers, and forwarders will be advantageous.
• Experience preparing quotations is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to work accurately under deadlines.
