Our client is a leading enrichment and tutorial provider that has been helping students shine since 2002. We are looking for passionate and nurturing individuals to join their student care arm, supporting primary school students in both their academic and personal development.

Job Scope:

• Oversee daily centre operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance with standards.
• Lead, develop, and manage staff while overseeing administration, finance, and centre performance.
• Ensure safe student transitions, including pick-ups and risk management processes.
• Lead student behaviour management and support staff in handling complex cases.
• Engage parents on student matters and maintain strong communication standards.
• Oversee academic support programmes and ensure quality learning outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Drive programme planning, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• 4 years of experience in student care, with a minimum of 1 year in supervisory, management or leadership role.
• Patient, responsible, and passionate about working with young children
• Strong communication and classroom management skills

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (10am-7pm)

Working Location: Sengkang/Bukit Batok/Toa Payoh

Salary: $4,000 - $4,500
