Student Care Centre Teacher

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Student Care Teachers to join our team. As a Student Care Teacher, you will be responsible for the well-being and development of children in our student care program. Your role will involve planning and implementing activities, providing academic support, and fostering a safe and supportive environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student care and Supervision: Supervise and ensure the safety of students at all times, both indoors and outdoors.

• Academic Support: Assist students with homework, assignments, and academic enrichment activities.

• Activity Planning: Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities and programs that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.

• Behavioral Guidance: Support positive behavior management strategies and encourage positive social interactions among students.

• Communication: Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the student care center.

• Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety regulations and protocols, ensuring a clean and secure environment for students.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in any field are welcome to apply.

• Previous experience working with children in a childcare, educational, or recreational setting is a plus.

• Passion for working with children and providing them with a nurturing and educational environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.

• Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle diverse needs and behaviors of children.
