Student Engagement Officer (Full-time)

i) Perform on-ground discipline support

- Promote positive student behaviour and assist with student

management across the school environment.

- Carry out duties including canteen supervision, detention

monitoring, traffic management, and regular patrols withinthe

school and its surrounding areas.

- Oversee students placed on in-house suspension, ensuring

adherence to school rules and meaningful engagement with

assigned tasks.

- Provide in-class support for students exhibitingbehavioural

challenges.

ii) Administrative and communication support

- Support student development key personnel in case

management, including fact-finding, engagement with students

and parents, coordination of follow-ups, and monitoring of

student progress.

- Assist the Discipline team in the day-to-day management of

student discipline.

- Assist the Discipline team in conducting home visits withschool

personnel and making follow-up calls to parents.

- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing and managingdaily

activities at the in-house detention centre.

- Conduct regular patrols of the school premises to maintain

orderliness.

- Participate in case management for students identified asat-risk

- Conduct investigations as part of case management andsubmit

the relevant reports.

- Assist the Discipline team in maintaining studentdiscipline during

school functions and events (e.g. Speech Day, SportsCarnival,

Level Camps) as and when required.

- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the relevant

authority, including general administrative andoffice-related

tasks.
