Working Hour

• Mondays to Fridays: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Key Roles

• Respond to student incidents

• Gather objective information and conduct preliminary investigations

• Prepare clear and professional investigation reports with findings, evidence, and recommended actions.

• Build positive relationships with students, exercise empathy, and maintain professional boundaries.

• Support students in reflecting on actions and understanding consequences.

• Collaborate with teachers, counsellors, SEN Officers, and school leaders for student support.

• Provide timely updates on ongoing cases.

• Support follow-up actions from investigations.

• Monitor incident trends and report to school leaders.

Requirements

• Minimum Higher NITEC or GCE "O" Level

• At least 1 year of relevant experience
