Student Management Officer #Jurong East

Working Hour

• Mondays to Fridays: 7:15 am to 4:15 pm

Key Roles

• Support SED/SM teams in discipline and case management.

• Conduct fact-finding, review CCTV, interview parties, and prepare reports.

• Process late arrivals and maintain records.

• Supervise internal suspension and detention.

• Locate unaccounted students.

• Deter and report inappropriate activities (e.g., vaping, smoking).

• Patrol canteen, free play areas, toilets, and surrounding community areas.

• Manage minor conflicts and ensure safety.

• Support school events, meetings, exams, and emergency exercises.

• Carry out other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Post-secondary diploma (bachelor preferred).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• At least 5 years' relevant experience.

• Former uniformed personnel preferred.
