Student Management Officer #Tampines

Working Hour

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
• Fridays: 7.30 am to 4 pm

Key Roles

• Supervise students during detention/suspension after school.

• Manage and update detention and suspension records.

• Follow up with students who default on disciplinary measures.

• Inform Form Teachers about detention/suspension attendance.

• Reinforce positive behaviour and support students' reintegration.

• Manage late-coming students in the morning.

• Maintain discipline room operations and data records (e.g., phone confiscation, attendance).

• Attend to students at the discipline room and update teachers/leaders as needed.

• Monitor students on movement tracking (daily sign-in/out).

• Refer and update Level Discipline Masters on student issues.

• Assist in designing interventions for behavioural growth and character development.

• Support teachers in managing challenging students and promoting restorative practices.

• Monitor non-structured times (e.g., recess, after school) to prevent disruptive behaviour.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' level qualification.

• At least 2 years' relevant experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
