Student Onboarding & Engagement
· Support post-enrolment activities, including P-file closure, arrangement of orientation, and informing students of course start dates.
· Support execution of student engagement and school activity plans developed by the Student Services Director.
Operations and Student Support
· Track and monitor attendance to meet GSTM and ICA requirements, collaborating with class monitors to verify attendance; if needed, follow-up on attendance anomalies, issuing warning letters and escalate repeated cases for intervention by the Student Services Director.
· Prepare and issue student documents (e.g., verification letters, status letters) as required.
· Assist in planning lecturer schedules, class timetables, and facility usage.
· Generate class lists, arrange classrooms, and support faculty with lesson logistics and materials.
· Coordinate exam logistics including room setup, invigilators, and exam paper handling.
· Support the maintenance and updating of relevant documents, ensuring accuracy, proper formatting, correct version control, and timely uploading into the central document management system.
QA Support
· Administer module, post-orientation, and agent feedback surveys.
· Track survey completion and compile results for review by the Student Services Director and Academic Secretariat.
Industry and Career Support
· Assist in liaising with industry partners and companies on internship placements or site visits.
· Keep records of student placement information, internship progress, feedback, and outcomes data.
· Support career related events, such as career fairs, industry events, or alumni events.
