SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Supervisor to oversee daily operations, coordinate staff activities, and ensure smooth workflow in our trading business. The Supervisor will support sales, logistics, and operational functions while maintaining high standards of efficiency and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and delivery teams
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline
• Ensure timely order processing, packing, and delivery
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues
• Assist in inventory control and stock monitoring
• Maintain proper documentation (delivery orders, invoices, reports)
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies
• Train new staff and guide team members
• Report daily activities and issues to management
