SUPERVISOR

Lead and coordinate daily warehouse, logistics, production or manufacturing operations.

Manage manpower allocation, task assignment, shift handover and daily workflow planning.

Monitor operational targets, productivity, quality, safety and overall team performance.

Oversee inbound, outbound, receiving, dispatch, picking, packing, stock movement, assembly or production activities, depending on assigned department.

Conduct daily briefings, operational updates and performance reporting where required.

Ensure goods, materials or production output are handled accurately and according to SOP.

Support inventory checks, stock accuracy, cycle counts, documentation and system updates where applicable.

Train, guide and support junior team members or new hires on proper work procedures.

Identify operational issues, escalate concerns promptly and support corrective actions.

Support process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, workflow and productivity.

Ensure workplace safety, housekeeping and 5S standards are maintained.

Assist with attendance monitoring, workforce coordination and other operational duties as assigned.
