Supply Chain Coordinator(Import / Export Operations)

🕘Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 5:30PM
💰$4,200 – $4,700 + Transport Allowance

Join a well-established multinational manufacturing company supporting regional supply chain and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end shipment coordination for import/export operations and liaise with Japan HQ
• Process and handle high volume Purchase Orders (100 – 200 POs/mth) accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, internal stakeholders, and freight forwarders
• Prepare and verify shipping and logistics documents including invoices and BLs
• Monitor shipment schedules, order backlogs, and delivery timelines
• Ensure smooth execution of logistics operations and resolve shipment issues promptly
• Maintain accurate system updates and operational records
• Support forecasting, cost tracking, and ad-hoc supply chain activities

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
• 2–3 years of relevant supply chain/logistics experience
• Mandatory: Strong understanding of import/export processes and Incoterms
• Mandatory: Experience handling high volume Purchase Orders (POs)
• Experience coordinating with freight forwarders and overseas stakeholders preferred
• SAP knowledge is advantageous
• Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight timelines
• Comfortable with overtime and occasional overseas travel
