Supply Chain Coordinator, Up to $4,500 (Alexandra)

Location: Alexandra Road
Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm (Mon to Fri)
Salary: $4,000 - $4,700 monthly (commensurate with experience)

About the Role

Join a regional supply chain team supporting overseas factories and customers across Asia. You will be responsible for managing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers and factories, planning shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of products

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage a high volume of purchase orders.
• Coordinate with overseas factories on production schedules and delivery timelines.
• Instruct freight forwarders on import and export shipments.
• Prepare and review shipping documents, including commercial invoices and packing lists.
• Apply Incoterms in daily order and shipment coordination.
• Monitor order fulfilment and resolve supply or delivery issues.
• Work closely with customers, suppliers, factories, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support inventory planning and maintain accurate system records.

Requirements

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, order management, or sales operations.
• Hands-on experience processing high-volume purchase orders.
• Good understanding of Incoterms and international trade.
• Experience coordinating with overseas suppliers, factories, and freight forwarders.
