Key Responsibilities

Your duties include, inter alia, the following;

1. to identify areas for improvement and work closely with department to make use of varied teaching and assessment methods to improve the quality delivery of lessons

2. to perform quality checks on lesson plans and to provide tutoring and lessons for students of various levels.

3. to assist students to prepare for entrance examinations for government schools, international schools and universities

4. quality assurance on assigning homework, setting and grading test, and documenting progress

5. To develop suitable teaching materials for our teachers and suitable learning materials for our students

6. To source and procure suitable study materials, books, and software for teachers and students to improve the learning standards

7. to keep track of students’ academic progress within the center and in their local schools

8. to provide good services to the students and students’ parents in all circumstances.

9. Develop lesson plans and conduct lessons to ensure that learning outcomes meet the school’s quality standards.

10. Support syllabus development and Quality Check for new enrichment programs.

11. Support development and Quality Check of Online Learning programs.

12. Provide support and quality assurance in academic matters, e.g. management of the proper use of teaching equipment.

13. Provide and improve the quality of pastoral care and remedial lessons to needy students. 

14. Any other task that assigned

Details and KPI’s relating to these will be worked out after the commencement of your employment. These will have to be completed to the satisfaction of your supervisor and the Management.
