Technical Admin (SAP Maintenance Order Support) – AMK

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Admin Executive to manage SAP Maintenance Order creation, closure, goods movement updates, and customer query follow-ups. This role is suitable for someone who is comfortable working with SAP transactions, keeping records accurate, and ensuring job updates are processed within tight timelines.

Job Responsibilities

• Create and close Maintenance Orders (MO) in the customer’s SAP system for different projects.
• Perform SAP updates accurately and within the required turnaround time.
• Liaise with customers and respond to job-related queries.
• Perform goods movement of items in the customer’s SAP system.
• Ensure proper tracking and accountability of goods movement and job records.
• Support daily administrative coordination and documentation when required.
• Work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth job processing.

Job Requirements

• N Level, O Level, or ITE qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
• Entry-level candidates with relevant administrative, internship, or SAP exposure are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with around 1 year of administrative experience will have an advantage.
• Comfortable with data entry, documentation, and customer follow-up work.
• SAP knowledge or exposure will be an added advantage.
• Strong customer service mindset with good communication skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work within tight timelines.
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
