Technical Executive ( Shipmanagement)

Technical purchaser cum project administrator for a shipowner / ship manager

• Monitor and attend to requisitions using company system
• Assist vessel with purchase of Technical and Provisions to certain vessels’
• Issue purchase orders to suppliers
• Handle logistics arrangement from the point of purchase order up till delivery on board delivery
• Process invoices through a software;
• Arrange annual services for vessels as the due dates approach (LSA / FFA / Radio Equipment Services)
• Assist Superintendent including drydock coordination when required
• Arrange renewal of vessels’ certificates and liaise with all parties for surveys

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of technical, purchasing and logistics processes
• Min Diploma and 1-2 years of technical experience in a shipping company
• Those without purchasing experience but with good technical skills in shipping can be consider
