Key Responsibilities

• Support system configuration and enhancement initiatives to improve business workflows and operational efficiency.
• Assist in the administration of user onboarding, access management, and periodic access reviews.
• Generate, maintain, and analyse system reports to support business decision-making.
• Gather and document business requirements, workflows, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify technology-driven solutions.
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support proof-of-concept initiatives and digital transformation projects.
• Contribute to user adoption efforts through documentation, training materials, and process guides.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Experience in business analysis, systems support, IT operations, digitalisation projects, or related functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Comfortable engaging stakeholders and coordinating across different teams.
• Familiarity with business applications, reporting tools, workflow systems, or enterprise platforms will be advantageous.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
