Location: Rochor
Working Hours: 5 days office hours
Duration: Till Nov/ Dec 2026

Job Scope:

• Assist and support key institutional and student life activities, including Orientation and Convocation and ad-hoc student activities.
• Communicate with new students on orientation enquiries via phone, email or over the counter.
• To chaperone students for learning journeys or sport activities organised outside campus.
• To perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Team Lead

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma/ Degree in any field
• Some relevant admin experience is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft365/ google workspace
