Temp Admin Assistant (Healthcare) #HZO

Location: Kent Ridge
Salary: $12/ hr
Working Hours: 5 days office hours
Duration: 3rd Aug - End Dec 2026

Job Scope:

• Assist with purchasing consumables, equipment, and office supplies
• Liaise with vendors on quotations, deliveries, and invoices
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory replenishment
• Support administrative processes for equipment repairs, servicing, and disposals

• Assist with claims, billing. documentation, and purchase activities
• Coordinate staff onboarding, locker allocation, and access requests
• Arrange meetings, book rooms, and prepare meeting minutes

Job Requirements:

• Min. A level/ Diploma in any field
• Keen in healthcare roles
• No experience as training will be provided
