Temp Community Engagement Coordinator (Jul - Nov 2026, GOVT Healthcare)

Working location: Bukit Merah

Working Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours

Job Description

1. Event & Ground Engagement Execution

2. Support planning and on-the-ground execution of community events, workshops, and engagement sessions (e.g. roadshows, health carnivals, community workshops).

• Coordinate logistics including venue, vendors, materials, volunteers and stakeholder communications.

• Provide on-site operational support during events.

2. Partnership and Coordination

• Coordinate scheduling, communications, and follow-ups with internal teams and external partners

• Track action items and ensure continuity across multiple engagement streams.

3. Programme & Activity Support

4. • Support preparation of materials (slides, briefs, collaterals)

• Assist in data collection and tracking of participation, outputs and feedback

• Maintain documentation for ongoing programmes (e.g. screening programmes, community initiatives)

4. Administrative Support

5. • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minute taking, and documentation.

• Maintain structured records across engagements and programmes

• Support consolidation of updates for reporting

Requirements

• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Public Health, Social Work or related discipline

• Prior experience in events, community work, healthcare admin or programme coordination would be advantageous
