We are looking for Admin Assistant to be outsourced to our clients from the healthcare industry.

Job Description:

• Maintain precise documentation of received documents.
• Arrange documents systematically and create manifests for vendor transcription, ensuring verification in the grants processing system.
• Coordinate with external parties as needed.
• Provide support for miscellaneous administrative tasks as required.
• Handle incoming hardcopy and softcopy mails efficiently.

Requirement:

• Minimum ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels / Nitec / 'A' Levels / Diploma / Degree
• Some experience in admin
