Temp Database Administrator (6 months - 12 months) #JTL

• Monitor the overall progress of Alumni Database collation.
• Compile and consolidate alumni information from multiple sources (e.g. internal databases, spreadsheets, etc)
• Clean and standardise data (e.g. names, personal email and programme) and de-duplicate records to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Verify and update alumni records via email or other communication channels (Yearbook, LinkedIn)
• Track response rates and maintain proper documentation of follow-ups
• Identify data gaps and systematically follow up to improve completeness
• Assist in designing and distributing data collection forms/surveys (e.g. Google Forms)

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration
• Preferably with 1 to 2 years of relevant experiences
• Proficient in MS Office
