Temp Healthcare Admin Assistant (Urgent, Up to $3.2K) #HCGT

Job Description:

• Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the department.
• Assist with procurement activities, including purchasing, vendor coordination, and invoice processing.
• Monitor inventory and support stock replenishment and record maintenance.
• Coordinate meetings, staff onboarding, and other departmental administrative activities.
• Support equipment servicing, IT requests, and other operational processes.
• Assist with departmental events, projects, and ad hoc assignments as required.
  

Job Requirements:

• Min diploma qualification in any discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Experience in administrative support is preferred.
• Candidates must be detail-oriented and organised, must be able to work well in a team environment, and must have strong communication skills.
