Temp HR Assistant (Learning & Development/ Healthcare) #HZO

Location: Jalan Bukit Merah
Contract: 1 Year
Office Hours: Monday – Friday
Salary: Up to $2.8K (Depending on experience)

Job Scope:

• Administration of Local Training Activities
• Collate course nominations and process training applications
• Raise payment requests for course fee payments and reimbursements
• Monitor attendance, follow-up actions, and course completion records
• Track submission of post-training forms, certificates, reports, and results
• Provide training support for programmes and workshops
• Assist with funding and claim applications
• Maintain training catalogues and employee training records
• Update learning history upon completion of training programmes

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in any field
• Some admin/ HR experience is preferred
