Temporary Event Management (Jul – Dec 2026, East)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end planning, coordination, andexecution of SIT Convocation ceremonies, including logistics arrangements andon-site event support
• Assist in the administration of awards, ensuring accuraterecord-keeping and timely dissemination of information to relevant stakeholders
• Manage and respond to enquiries via email and phoneprofessionally, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution
• Provide general administrative and operational support tofacilitate smooth day-to-day activities of the Registrar’s Office
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned to supportoperational requirements

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Word,PowerPoint)
• Prior experience in event operations and/orcustomer-facing roles will be advantageous
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail andaccuracy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced including extendedhours during peak event period
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with aproactive and service-oriented approach

Notes:

• Working Hours Mon to Thu: 8.30am to 6pm, Fri: 8.30am to5.30pm
• Please note that overtime will be required during thepeak period in October
