Tender Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate andmanage the end-to-end tender submission process.
• Review tenderdocuments, specifications, and requirements.
• Prepare, compile, tenderproposals within deadlines.  
• Ensure all tendersubmissions comply with client and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and updatetender records, databases, and document templates.
• Track tenderopportunities and monitor submission schedules.
• Communicate withclients and vendors regarding tender clarifications and requirements.
• Assist in contractadministration and post-award documentation.
• Prepare reports andprovide administrative support to the management team.

Requirements:

• Diploma orBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Engineering, or arelated field (preferred).
• Minimum 1–3 yearsof experience in tender coordination, administration, procurement, or a similarrole.
• Familiarity withgovernment procurement portals and tendering processes (e.g., GeBIZ inSingapore) is an advantage.
• Strongorganisational and time management skills with the ability to meet tightdeadlines.
• Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills.
• Proficient inMicrosoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strongproblem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Experience indocument control and contract management is an added advantage.
