Tender Cost Estimator (IFM)

Our client is looking for a Tender Cost Estimator (IFM/FM) to join the team. The role will be supporting  the  company’s  growing  Integrated  Facilities Management (IFM) business in Singapore. 

The candidate will be involved in tender costing, subcontractor sourcing, pricing preparation,  and  coordination  of  government  and  private  sector  tender submissions.

• Job Title : Tender Cost Estimator (IFM/FM)
• Job location : EAST (Tampines)
• Working days : Monday to Friday (8.30am to 6pm) , Saturday is non working days but on standby when needed (not frequent)

Key Responsibilities 

·      Prepare tender costing and pricing for IFM/FM projects 

·      Source quotations from subcontractors and suppliers 

·      Analyse tender specifications, drawings, and requirements 

·      Prepare manpower costing and operational cost breakdowns 

·      Coordinate with operations, technical, and business development teams

during tenderpreparation 

·      Assist in preparation of tender submissions, compliance documents, and

clarifications 

·      Maintain  and  update  vendor  databases,  cost  records,  and  historical

pricing references 

·      Support proposal and quotation preparation for hard and soft FM services 

·      Monitor tender timelines and submission requirements 

Requirements 

·      Diploma  or  Degree  in  Engineering,  Facilities  Management,  Quantity

Surveying, BuildingServices, or related field 

·      Experience in tendercosting, IFM/FM, M&E, or related industries preferred 

·      Familiar with Singapore government tender processes will be an added

advantage 

·      Proficient in MicrosoftExcel and costing preparation 

·      Good coordination andcommunication skills 

·      Able to work independentlyand under tight timelines 

Preferred Experience 

Candidates  with  experience  in  the  following  areas  will  have  an  added advantage: 

·      Government IFM/FM tenders 

·      ACMV, Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services 

·      Hard FM and soft FM costing 

·      Tender proposal coordination and subcontractor sourcing
