TikTok Affiliate Coordinator

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive administrative coordinator to support our TikTok affiliate and livestream operations in Singapore. You'll be the communication bridge between merchants and affiliates — making sure product details, promotion mechanics, and livestream schedules run smoothly.

Responsibilities

- Communicate with merchants via WhatsApp/WeChat/Lark to understand product details and promotion mechanics

- Reach out to TikTok affiliates via WhatsApp to gauge interest in promoting products

- Coordinate and schedule affiliates for livestream sessions

- Access TikTok Shop backend/affiliate consoles to manage listings, invitations, and schedules

- Maintain clear, organized records of affiliate conversations, confirmations, and schedules

- Follow up promptly to keep affiliates engaged and on schedule

- Flag any issues or delays to the team in a timely manner

- Meet agreed KPIs (e.g., affiliate response rates, livestream slots filled — details shared during onboarding)

Requirements

- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Must be highly responsive on WhatsApp throughout your working hours

- Comfortable with repetitive outreach and follow-up tasks

- Able to handle stress effectively especially during peak campaign periods

- Entry to intermediate experience level welcome — training and a ramp-up period will be provided

- Prior experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, livestream commerce, or e-commerce work is a plus, but not required

- Strong organizational skills — able to track multiple conversations and schedules at once

Software skills
- Microsoft office (word and excel in particular)
- Canva (basic usage is a good to have)
- CapCut (good to have but not a must)

Schedule

- Full-time role: approximately 44 hours/week

- Coverage spread across 7 days/week, with at least 1.5 rest days per week

- Exact shift structure to be discussed and agreed upon with the successful candidate

- Must be reasonably responsive during agreed working windows

Other Notes

- Onboarding includes training and a ramp-up period to get familiar with our workflow, tools, and scripts

- Performance will be reviewed against agreed KPIs after the initial ramp-up period
