About the Company

Channel Freight (Asia) Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based company providing professional training programmes for the wholesale trade, logistics, and transport industries, alongside wholesale trading activities. The Company works with industry partners to deliver high-quality training solutions while supporting business development and corporate collaboration across the sector.

We are seeking a Training & Corporate Services Manager to oversee the Company's corporate support functions, training administration, operational coordination, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to strengthen internal operations, support the delivery of training programmes, and ensure efficient coordination of corporate initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•   Lead the planning, coordination, and administration of professional training programmes for the wholesale trade, logistics, and transport sectors.
•   Develop, review, and continuously improve training programmes, learning materials, and administrative processes to support the Company's training objectives.
•   Coordinate training schedules, trainers, participants, venues, and programme logistics to ensure smooth delivery of training activities.
•   Liaise with corporate clients, training partners, industry stakeholders, and external service providers regarding training requirements and programme implementation.
•   Support the development of new training initiatives, corporate learning solutions, and customised programmes to meet industry needs.
•   Monitor participant feedback, training outcomes, and programme effectiveness, and recommend improvements to enhance service quality.
•   Oversee the Company's corporate services and administrative functions to ensure efficient day-to-day business operations.
•   Develop and implement administrative policies, operational procedures, and standard operating processes to improve organisational efficiency.
•   Provide executive support to senior management, including preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and monitoring the progress of business initiatives.
•   Coordinate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth business operations.
•   Maintain corporate records, training documentation, contracts, and operational documentation in accordance with company policies.
•   Assist in organising corporate events, workshops, seminars, industry engagement activities, and business networking initiatives.
•   Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

Requirements

•   Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, Training &Development, Logistics, or a related discipline.
•   At least 5years of experience in training administration, programme management, corporate services, business operations, education, or a related field.
•   Experience in curriculum planning, programme coordination, stakeholder management, or corporate training will be an advantage.
•   Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•   Excellent report writing, documentation, and presentation skills.
•   Ability to coordinate multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•   Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digital collaboration tools.
•   Experience working with corporate clients, educational institutions, or professional training organisations will be an advantage.
