Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D), Training, or Talent Development.
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
Strong knowledge of Training Needs Analysis (TNA), instructional design, and adult learning principles.
Proven experience in developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in managing training budgets and external training vendors is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of e-learning authoring tools is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
