Job Summary

You will independently manage the transport operations across multiple projects, driving seamless customer service, route planning, and coordination with drivers and stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality transport delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute onboarding procedures for passengers based on route orders to ensure smooth service initiation
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to resolve queries and facilitate onboarding processes effectively
• Design and coordinate driver routes to optimize transport operations and meet project requirements
• Train bus crew and monitor service quality to uphold company standards and customer satisfaction
• Address and resolve customer feedback, queries, and complaints constructively to enhance service experience
• Communicate clearly and manage bus crew to maintain operational efficiency and safety compliance
• Utilize IT tools and technology to streamline workflows and train team members on their effective use
• Create visual materials for presentations to support internal communication and external stakeholder engagement
• Adapt to dynamic work conditions and maintain performance under pressure to meet operational demands
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and multitask effectively to ensure timely delivery of transport services
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and continuously develop skills as a learner and manager
